Hoods
When diving it is important to keep your head warm. Buy wearing a quality hood you will stay warm under water. As your diving trip continues the water can seem colder. While you may not want to wear a hood each day, you want to where it on your third dive. Dive hoods can vary in thickness. The thicker ones can go up to 7MM in thickness. Another reason for wearing the hood is to keep your head and skin from coming into contact with things that are harmful. You can get a hood in wet suit form or dry suit form.

Make sure you find a hood that fits nicely. It should be a bit snug but not too tight. Swallow a few times to make sure the hood is not too tight.
